As per provision of law, the system helps in recording expenditure made by Candidates/ Political
Parties to the House of the People or a State Legislative Assembly, between the date on which
he/she was nominated andthe date of declaration of the result of election, both dates
inclusive.
System has provisions to generate / tally various reports which further helps the ECI to
take decisions as deemed appropriate as per law against the non-conforming
Candidates.
